Long story... I've wrestled for six years, and I've always been the tiny guy.
- When I was 15 I weighed 85 pounds
- When I was 16 I weighed 99 pounds
- When I was 17 I wrestled at 103 pounds
- When I was 18 I wrestled at 112 pounds
I qualified for state twice, but I want to become more intimidating. Now I'm 19 and I weigh about 140. I'm tired of always being known as the real skinny kid. I want to be known as the strong kid. This is the spark that fueled me towards consistant weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
I don't really know, I like the idea of becoming bigger some day. The only problem is, I always have trouble seeing any results.
I think it's mostly diet, and that makes it tough when you're trying to gain weight! I shoot for high protein, moderate carb and fat, and eat a high carb meal about once every 4-5 days. I don't see any supplements listed on your profile, 7-Keto MuscLEAN is a great thermogenic to help keep the fat off! Good luck man - you've got a great future! ~Ray
Hey man -- just wanted to stop by and leave you a little encouragement! Man, you have done an excellent job so far. Keep working at it -- you have a great build! You are making good progress! It's always cool to run across someone else's page who has really similar measurements and goals. Best of luck to you!
Eat alots of proteins and change your routies finds the best da best way you can get the best work out as your body like like do some experiments to it make afor like let just say 3 weeks charts of your bodyparts reps weights and work out types and then see if that working out for you do that you seee the results for it aite peace!
do workouts that work best for your body type ( Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph ), both in weight, how much you eat and how long you workout for per workout. Change up your exercises for your workouts every 2 - 3 weeks to stay away from plateaus. Stay dedicated and don't let anything get in your way. other than that, lots of patients. The potential speed you can gain muscle mass at depends on your genetics. You're looking great keep it up
Nice job! I'm fighting the same battle brotha. Just eat lean foods and lot's of them. Lift heavy in fact I went to the gym today and was doing squats and I almost throw up I had to leave cause I was so sick. Pays off in the end though!
