Mike, I'm at somewhat of a plateau right now and not sure how to a) put on more mass, and b) keep/increase definition. In the past, I had religiously taken whey, creatine, glutamine, and multi-vitamins. As I didn't see a very noticeable difference, I stopped a while back and now just take occasionally. Diet-wise, I try to do the high protein, lower carbs. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks for your help.
