How I Started:
I used to lift heavily in High School for strength, sports, etc. After School lots of stuff happened and i sorta fell outta the habit. I was recently deployed to Iraq and can't think of any better time to get back into the lifestyle. This time i'm gonna do it right!
Why I Love It:
I feel great after i workout, i love that feeling of having pushed myself to lift more and more.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at all the bodies on here i wish i had... Someday i'll be one of em =)

Goal (Long):
I'm looking at trying to lower my body fat % and then build up muscle to replace most of it. I want to have a body i can be proud of! I'm going to break into the single digits of body fat %
