My fiancee started working out, then he showed me the ropes. Now I motivate him mostly.

Hi and how are you? Been a minute. Glad you are getting back in the gym. I am getting back part of my body in plaster on Saturday from my neck to me but. I think it will be an interesting concept.
What's going on with you these days? My time is working, working out and sleeping. I changed my workout to incorporate my body weight training. I look leaner and have more balance and control of my body weight.
OMG are u kidding me? Youa re not only dropping weight but you are reshaping your body. Your waist in cinching in and um someone is getting a butt :) Weight training also provides a natural lift to boobies and tooshies. Ya looking great.
