Glad you are doing what you do. I am doing the same. Yes, getting the back of my upper body put in plaster to mold a sculpter of it. It will be interesting.

What's going on with you these days? My time is working, working out and sleeping. I changed my workout to incorporate my body weight training. I look leaner and have more balance and control of my body weight.

OMG are u kidding me? Youa re not only dropping weight but you are reshaping your body. Your waist in cinching in and um someone is getting a butt :) Weight training also provides a natural lift to boobies and tooshies. Ya looking great.
