What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Ego. And most times improper warm-up.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I pull or strain my left shoulders during a side lat raise.
It still hurts and it happened like around summer 2007. But i find
if i keep training the pain stops.
That's cool. After my show I'll just be taking it easy & focusing more on other personal goals. I'll still hit the gym about 4 or 5 days a week though.

You're right, it's a bit murky out there, many churches skirt around those three VERY important points. If we never tell anyone the plan of salvation, how will they know? God bless, and keep it up with those spiritual blogs!
