I was always in shape growing up. After playing my favorite sports, still do, I wanted to switch it up. After high school, I had a little bodyfat over 3% more than my regular look, and my sister told me you would look great with some abs. The next few days I got a gym membership and started working out. I strated bodybuilding meeting guys at my gym who where into more than the girls. I loved it since, and not only am I healthy but I push myself to get to my goals.
Why I Love It:
Its the creation of building your body or destroying it. Its an Art. Shape it how you like ") It makes me feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing how different I am than the average person, how good and strong I look after training. I have always wanted to be a fitness model, so I keep stiving till I get there.

NPC Great Lakes show. First show, 4th place :)

My dieting is going alright - somewhat trying to do that whole 'clean bulking' concept. Can't get too heavy into bulking since we just got into summer & pool season! Very slow progress, but it seems like it's coming along alright.
Hm.. I could've sworn those spray tans were supposed to make you orange/brown - not green! Might want to get that checked. :)
