How I Started:
I had to start working out for lacrosse in 9th grade, and it just sort of stuck.
Why I Love It:
I like looking good naked. Oh, and it feels good to be healthy. AND, the gym is the number one thing i look forward to everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
pictures of my chubby self when i was young - and remembering my mom telling me to suck it in one summer when i was walking outside with my shirt off.

7:30 interval cardio on eliptal. This has become much easier since i stoppe listening to my ipod and started listening to one of the tv's that always plays music videos. Fergie's video keeps me alive (for the 20 min. i'm there).
