When I Started:
Sep, 2007
How I Started:
I was running Cross Country for my college team, & was good at it. But my coach suspended me from the team because I missed one 6AM practice freshman year. I will never forget him telling ME I was not "dedicated" enough(After I had been competing 5 years at a serious level).
Well just to prove him wrong I continued to run on my own & eventually ran 3 marathons for myself. I now put the dedication, desire, and drive that I have always had for running cross country and track into bodybuilding.
I have always had the feeling that I wasn't born to be some average joe, so I always put forth my best efforts to achieve something great.
Why I Love It:
I do this for myself, and I love the gains I have seen so far. I love being able to attribute my progress only to my own efforts and motivation. I'll be damned if anyone ever tells me I'm not dedicated or driven ever again.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember the reason I started and the friends that taught me how to believe in myself. The progress I have made serves as proof that if I set my mind to it I can achieve great things

Goal (Long):
All my life up I have been running Track and Cross Country, but I was also pretty skinny. I want to keep busting my ass everyday to build a lean muscular physique that I can be proud of.
Ultimately I want to get bigger and compete in an amateur bodybuilding competition, one day I want to stand out enough to be a fitness model, or something of the sort.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

You've done one helluva job packin on muscle, dude. Looks like the marathon training helped keep the definition at optimum levels, too. Way to go!
What do you do for lower abs, man?
I'm stared a month ago following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
