When I Started:
Sep, 2007
How I Started:
I was running Cross Country for my college team, & was good at it. But my coach suspended me from the team because I missed one 6AM practice freshman year. I will never forget him telling ME I was not "dedicated" enough(After I had been competing 5 years at a serious level). Well just to prove him wrong I continued to run on my own & eventually ran 3 marathons for myself. I now put the dedication, desire, and drive that I have always had for running cross country and track into bodybuilding. I have always had the feeling that I wasn't born to be some average joe, so I always put forth my best efforts to achieve something great.
Why I Love It:
I do this for myself, and I love the gains I have seen so far. I love being able to attribute my progress only to my own efforts and motivation. I'll be damned if anyone ever tells me I'm not dedicated or driven ever again.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember the reason I started and the friends that taught me how to believe in myself. The progress I have made serves as proof that if I set my mind to it I can achieve great things
BB Accomplishments:
Being recognized as a Teen Transformation of the week. http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/andrew_bank.htm

I'm stared a month ago following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home!
