When I Started:
Sep, 2001
How I Started:
I was a fat kid when I was younger.. not huge, but 20lbs overweight most of the time. Everyone doubted me because of that, and pretty much overnight, I decided it's time to show them all. You remember those guys in school, rather they we're jocks, etc? The one's who looked better than you, and treated you like ****...anyone who was ever overweight knows the one's I mean.
What happened to THOSE guys after High School? They let themselfs go, and YOU built yourself up into something greater than they ever were, or could hope to be...that's what I wanted, and what I achieved.
Why I Love It:
My Tip To You.
Here's my own tip, for those looking to transform themselfs.
This is what I did, and what worked for me.
Feel free to view my progress pics, and you decide for yourself.
Losing Weight
1. Keep protein intake high, 1.5g per lb of body weight is good.
2. Keep carbs LOW .5g per lb of body weight, or maybe even lower.
3. Keep the bad fats down as far as humanly possible.
Gaining Muscle
1. Keep protein intake high, 2g per lb of body weight.
2. Choose the weight you want to be, and eat like you were that weight.
3. NO cheat days, no junk food, no white breads, stay away from starches, no added sugars. Water, Milk, during this time.
Working Out
Adding Mass : 4 sets, 8-10 reps
Strength : 5 sets, 5 reps
* Change these 2 back and forth, to keep your body in shock, and keep it growing, and adapting.
Another tip is, change your workouts weekly. Dont start out doing chest the same way each time. Start with bench one time, start with chest press or flys the next, etc. Keep your body adapting, and it will grow like crazy, doing the same **** all the time (IMO) can slow that growth down.
Cardio
Yes, when losing weight, you need to do cardio.
How much, and how often depends on your body, and how it reacts.
I do 3 days of cardio, 2 hours per day, regardless of cutting or bulking.
I choose MMA training, boxing, etc as my cardio, and it works for me.
Supplements
1. Protein
2. Multivitamin
3. Creatine
4. Glutamine
5. Omega 3 or 6.
6. BCAA/EAA
This is all you NEED, but to spicen **** up, each month, add something new in.
Run Animal MStak this month, XFactor after, then maybe SuperTest the month after that. Don't stay on the same non-essential supplements for more than a month, unless it takes that long or longer to see results. Keep shocking that body.
How I Stay Motivated:
The most important aspect aside from your diet, is your mindset.
I want you to say **** YOU to every doubt you have, and anyone who doesn't believe in you. Do not let yourself be surrounded by people who bring stress into your world, this brings YOU down. You need to tell yourself everyday that you ARE getting bigger, you ARE getting stronger. Walk into the gym, and mentally talk to yourself. Tell yourself that weight aint ****. Tell yourself noone in this ****ing gym is on my level, not the huge bastard benching 500lbs, not that skinny ****ing punk curling 10lbs in the squat rack area, not the trainers, noone. Your above everyone else, and noone can stop you from being the best. Believe, and it WILL happen.
My last advice is this...
Rather you go to a public gym, a high school gym, etc, you have to have respect for everyone else there. Never let yourself fall to a level, where you have to make fun of others, because they're not as strong, ripped, or massive as you. We all start out at the bottom, but you'll never reach the top, if you can't take a moment, to have respect.
BB Accomplishments:
For those that asked, my post workout shake is fairly simple.
60-70g whey protein isolate + 1 scoop of oats + 1 whole banana + 1 1/2 cups 2% milk. Blend together, and follow with 1,000mg fish oil.
Why I like this video: Not only does it have Frank McGrath, but Arnold, and Cutler as well. Very inspirational, and the song really motivates me to try 100% each time.
According to Lendon Smith, M.D. there is an enormous population suffering from side effects associated with aspartame, yet have no idea why drugs, supplements and herbs don’t relieve their symptoms. Then, there are users who don’t...
what kind of cycle are you on and how long have you been on it? did you get the stuff here or in mexico? lastly, where do you reccomend injections, glutes or delts?
Not at all, see the majority of that is sugar, NOT creatine, thus why the high dose suggestions.

Hey..I was online trying to get some info on Creatine..Just wondering if you might be able to help me. I purchased Six Star creatine, and the bottle says to take 2 57g servings a day. Is that to much?...I was recommended not to take this much?..
A response would be appreciated.
Thanks
