Fables87 Had a good day back at work and a great chest/bicep/ab workout as well. Leg day tomorrow hopefully. Just stay positive and mindset at work.

flexwheeler123 actually pretty good, i think in a couple weeks i will be much more defined, so far my training sessions weren't that bad, just have to change my form on romanian deadlift and pushdowns, and atm i don't feel weak, ive got enough energy how's your training goin? Apr 30, 2013 1:52pm

nZangrillo Well I played football in middle school through sophomore year and stopped because of injuries, than I stopped working out for a year and developed an eating disorder, I had lost 35 pounds.
