How I Started:
Ive always worked out since the age of like 13. In high school it got more serious. I was in a weight lifting class and my coach said he saw something in me. But after high school due to my work schedules I couldnt keep up with it. But Ive been trying to make time for it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because when your in the gym its just you and the weights. Its either you do it or you dont. Its your call not anybody elses!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at magazines and watching videos.
