When I met "Linc", I was about 150lbs and hadnt worked out since high school. Seeing his body transform while working crazy hours and being in school full time, inspired me to also commit myself to fitness. He has taught me about muscles, weight training and staying focused on your goal, in and out of the gym. He pushed me to get in shape and has basically been my trainer from the beginning. Thanks to him, im no longer a fatty!
Ivy78 is one of my inspirations because......just look at her! possibly the best body on this whole site. I hope I can come close to her fitness level one day.

CARDIO is key. I do an hour on the elliptical 4-5 days a week.
2 days a week I work my arms:triceps, biceps and shoulders.
I do as much ab workouts as I can everyday.
Right now my focus is on burning fat, so cardio is my main focus.
