I met my boyfriend 3 years ago and hes a bodybuilding fanatic. Hes encouraged me to start working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the high feeling I get right after the workout. Now i want to see results!
How I Stay Motivated:
Starting out, my motivation was that it would make my relationship better. My new motivation is just to be fit and feel sexy....relationship or not.
BB Accomplishments:
April 11th...finally broke the 40's. Weighed in at 139.5 I LOVE that elliptical machine!!!

When I met "Linc", I was about 150lbs and hadnt worked out since high school. Seeing his body transform while working crazy hours and being in school full time, inspired me to also commit myself to fitness. He has taught me about muscles, weight training and staying focused on your goal, in and out of the gym. He pushed me to get in shape and has basically been my trainer from the beginning. Thanks to him, im no longer a fatty!
Ivy78 is one of my inspirations because......just look at her! possibly the best body on this whole site. I hope I can come close to her fitness level one day.

Workout Program:
CARDIO is key. I do an hour on the elliptical 4-5 days a week.

2 days a week I work my arms:triceps, biceps and shoulders.
I do as much ab workouts as I can everyday.
Right now my focus is on burning fat, so cardio is my main focus.

the apple cider vinegar/water is used to burn fat. its really gross but its working for me.
