How I Started:
When I was a freshman in high school, my mom bought me a door gym. I got so attached to that thing. I worked out on it constantly but I ate as little as I could. I lost a ton of weight and was so thrilled with the response I got from classmates, but the crash diet soon failed me and I was back to square one. I shyed away from working out until the next year when I was able to take athletics as an elective and I got to workout everyday for free but I still couldn't control my "starvation" crave. Over the last few years my life has spiraled beyond out of control. I'm now 20 & I want to have the life that I've missed out on because of my weight. I'm just now getting started for real and still don't know what I'm doing, but I'm hoping things will work out.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being healthy and the best part about working out is the sore feeling. It feels like an accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
haha, that's where I have a lot of trouble. I'm working on figuring out how to stay motivated.
I want to unveil a lean, toned and sexy version of myself and gain the confidence I need to pursue my acting dream.
Goal (Long):
My dream has always been to an actress. Right now I lack the confidence and "look" that I need to even think about trying to go for it. I want to become healthier and get my highschool healthy mindset back.
