I think Garcia has done a good job for the bucks. I think all of the attention could’ve hurt more than helped. Did you catch any of the Panther/Colt game on Saturday? Peppers looked good on the right side and the massive new offensive line did a great job opening the holes for D. Williams.

Training has been good bro! I have to do a better job with the diet and concentrate on losing the added body fat from the summer!! I’ve been living it up too much! Good news……as long as Steve Smith keeps his nose clean he will be able to play against the bucks on Monday night in December! Lol!

Just did the beach thing with my kids in New Smyrna, FL. You're making progress man. I find it tough to see changes in my physique but my wife says otherwise. Keep up the good work man!

Very cool profile pic! Nothing like being at the beach with your child. My 2 year old daughter keeps me moving. You're a great father for wanting to be a good role model for you kid. That's worth more than anything else. But it helps to look good as well, and you look great!

Me neither….I have season tickets as well. I see you’re in the military; I’m at the VA hospital in Durham, NC with my dad. I was a Security Policeman in the Air Force back in the late 80’s and early 90’s and he was an air traffic controller back in the 60’s. What branch are you in?
