How I Started:
Well, my husband kept telling me when we were going to start working out, I kept giving him excuses after excuses and one day, I went to the mall to try some clothes, and that is when I realized that I was to fat, because I was trying to fit into a size that I used to wear (before having my three kids) and it did not fit. I received a flyer for fitness 19, so I went to check it out, right there I decided to join in and and I met Adam, a trainer, with a big attitude, hey I though this was going to be easy, but!! he kick my @ss, I said this is it, that is what I need to get somewhere, Adam if you are part of this website, hey thanks man!!!.

Thankx. I just do as much weighted excercises as possible for abs. Real heavy on weighted crunches, knee raises, leg lifts, etc... i also do a lot of machine work with low weight and high reps. I try to abs every workout if im not burned out by the end of my sesssion.
