As you can see, I’m coming dangerously close to the “skinny-fat person” stage! The trick will be to add lean mass without putting it all on my love handles and belly!

I just finished my second depletion workout here, so I'm running on empty and my muscle glycogen is very, very low. I'll post a pic after my carb-up on Sunday.
Also, for those who are interested, my tan is primarily from melanotan II and I've only been to the tanning bed a few times for under 10 minutes.

This was from the start of summer. As you can see I did get my bf down but I forgot what my weigth was. I have to say that the Meltdown really did help with the belly fat.
