Another pound gone! Good job! That Feb goal is riiiiiight within reach. Seriously though, you've lost over 10% of your body mass which is a really significant accomplishment. Congrats to you.

Hey! Yeah I went to Butler. We're doing Phase II work with several novel compounds in the adjuvant and 1st line settings for colorectal, breast and lung. We also have several targeted anti-neoplastic therapy trials open. Naw, U R not going to see off label use for any of these compounds given the cost and questionable efficacy, particularly for the VEGF's. haha don't get me started on Avastin. Tarceva may get a new indication though.

I severely injured both triceps (I did heavy skull crushers with injured them, then i went to a party that night, got wasted, and arm wrestled and hurt them worse. I also injured my brachialis)so I had to take like 6 weeks off from the gym. Even light loads were hurting my triceps so i ended up just doing body weight stuff. I really wasn't doing a strict HST protocol. But I def like hitting a muscle 2-3 times every 8 days or so with varying loads.

Honestly, you don't need to objectively measure your bf at this stage, just do a good bulk with whole foods and when the abs get blurry, do a depletion cycle to get down and repeat the process. At you age and level of leanness, the only way you're going to bulk in good time is to eat significantly above your maintenance caloric level.

But the best way to measure is to buy some cheap accumeasure calipers and practice taking abdominal skin fold measurements for 10 minutes everyday. After a few weeks you'll be a skilled "pincher" and will be able to accurately track your bf changes.

I'm good, this carb depletion work is rough though! I had a couple of study patients progress today so I'm a little down but I'm going to hit the cardio hard after work, so that will pick me up a bit!
But your progress is coming along very well! Can't wait to see how you do in your 1/2 ironman!
