Since I was young, I had always been long and lanky. My waist is naturally very thin, so I needed a way to bulk up my core and limbs.
I've always been athletic. I played soccer and basketball for 12.5 years each. That pretty much gave me the stamina in my legs. Shortly after, I turned to the gym to stay in shape!
Why I Love It:
I get results fast. I love how it makes me feel! After a great workout I feel nice and tight all over! It makes me feel great mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out and living a healthy lifestyle is just a simple part of my life! I can skip a few days here and there, but there's nothing like giving it your all for a few days either!

Thank you!! it really wasn't dumb...i still do things like that even though i'm a trainer too...i like to think my brain has suffered from the carb depletions!
being completely honest: i don't do many abs...it's the only part of my body that just is that way on it's own...i would suggest MB twists or hanging leg raises alternating b/t front and side raises...thank you though for asking :)
