Background

HOW I STARTED:

Since I was young, I had always been long and lanky. My waist is naturally very thin, so I needed a way to bulk up my core and limbs. I've always been athletic. I played soccer and basketball for 12.5 years each. That pretty much gave me the stamina in my legs. Shortly after, I turned to the gym to stay in shape!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I get results fast. I love how it makes me feel! After a great workout I feel nice and tight all over! It makes me feel great mentally and physically.

My Diet

As you can see from my latest pics, I'm getting leaner!  I have changed my diet and trying to eat better. We all know how that goes, lol.  Im getting much better results in my abs and legs too!

Switched Gyms!

I think I hold the world's record for Gym hopping, lol!!!  I just changed gyms again, I think this is about the 9th time!!! NO LIE!  Anyway my last gy6m was pissing me off, so I canned them.....I started up at a new one closer to home, they don't have as much equipment as my last gym, but it does the job.  They're also open all the time, even on holidays and after hours on weekends!!!  Nice!  Anyway, I have been doing different things naturally because I need to adapt myself to the new equipment etc....and so far everything is going pretty well!
