Background
Since I was young, I had always been long and lanky. My waist is naturally very thin, so I needed a way to bulk up my core and limbs. I've always been athletic. I played soccer and basketball for 12.5 years each. That pretty much gave me the stamina in my legs. Shortly after, I turned to the gym to stay in shape!
I get results fast. I love how it makes me feel! After a great workout I feel nice and tight all over! It makes me feel great mentally and physically.
