Misa_P Hahaha, thanks. I actually don't really do much with these babies. I was blessed with great ab structure! Born to be fit :D When I do train them specifically (I do a lot of pushups and compound lifts which require the core's involvement), I usually do high reps on a circuit alternating between plyo and weighted (keeps my body guessing). **** don't work with me unless I go insane on everything!
