Never got to play sports as a teen, we had a family business, so it was work after school. Late starter here, racing motox in my mid 20's got me interested in diet & cardio. It's really been an on/off again affair with working out.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
Logging on to bb.com and seeing someone my age, a little older, even a lot older and THEY look 10 times better! That gets me motivated, but on the flipside, following the impressive progress of the younger guys, also gives me something to strive for. "why can't I look like that"?
BB Accomplishments:
Best thing I can put here is, I lost 40lbs between 1999 & 2000

Worst Accomplishment: putting it back on :(

HOW BOUT THEM GATORS!!!!! updated 01-20-2007 progress pics n' bodyspace....countdown to 48 yrs.
I want to get back the body I had in 2000.
I'll be 50 in a few more years and I hope to at least look like I did six years ago. Another goal is to increase my arms to at least 17" cold. More would be ok too.
Thanks for all your comments. Looks like you've got something to be proud of too. You have a great base and a history of keeping fit and you already beat your bicep goal! It's just a matter of time for you to be where you want. Life-long fitness and good looks are my goal...thanks for the inspiration.
I know what you mean about the holidays. I think I put on 2" to my stomach in November to December. Oh well, you gotta indulge yourself every now and again I guess.
