Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
it was just a neck injury and it wasnt bad. took like a week to get over and i didnt do anything about.

I gave it some thought, i'm so busy with work/coaching to do a contest would be tough. I mainly do it to get big and make life easier to go like wakeboarding and get in and out of my truck or Camaro easier.

its been pretty good lately. Ive been goin about 5 days a week. Rite now im trying to lose at least 4-5% of bodyfat while gainin muscle at the same time ... Im losin weight according to the scale but not body fat...

Sorry you got hurt dang you played lots of sports and your still a heck of an athlete I think you'll do really well and go really far in the sport of WCBB. Since learning about WCBB was/is the only sport I've ever done even though I love to watch MMA, Boxing, all combat sports Able bodied Bodybuilding, and street gymnastics take care
