How I Started:
I played volleyball, basketball, and ran cross-country in Jr. High & Highschool, so I was always in shape. I decided to join a gym to get back, and to STAY in shape after I had my son.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel when I work out, especially when I accomplish goals, add weight, and look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
That's a hard one because I tend to lose motivation sometimes.. I get carried away when life throws new obstacles at me, or when I work a lot of overtime at work. But, since I started going to classes offered at my gym, it really helps. Also participating in challenges they offer keeps my motivated. But mostly just wanting to be stronger & leaner is my main motivation!
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't really had any MAJOR accomplishments yet..I am def working on them though ;)

My goal is to lose some bodyfat, tone my upper body, & add mass to my legs.
Goal (Long):
I need to find a way to STAY on track. I will stay on track for about a month & then fall off for a week or two. I want to come up with a schedule I can stick with, so I can accomplish my goals. I admit my body has changed from when I was always running around playing sports in high school. It also can lose shape easier, especially if I fall off track. I just want to have a nice tight body, & lose most of my body fat.

I want to LOSE 10 lb
