How I Started:
I started for sports in high school and needed to keep the competitive juices flowing as I got older. As a naturally skinny fella, bodybuilding is a great way to challenge myself.

How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is the hardest part for me. I have to use a lot of different things including all of your support... Thanks!
