How I Started:
I started for sports in high school and needed to keep the competitive juices flowing as I got older. As a naturally skinny fella, bodybuilding is a great way to challenge myself.
Why I Love It:
There's no better feeling than the couple minutes of completely exhaustion after a great workout! I love that there's always something new to learn which keeps it from getting monotonous.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is the hardest part for me. I have to use a lot of different things including all of your support... Thanks!

The body is capable of much more than the mind believes... just keep going!
I'd like to get to a point where competition is at least an option. I've got a long ways to go but at least I've started the journey... lets see where it takes me.
Anyone else out there have trouble staying out of the gym? I'm at a point right now that everything seems to be coming together and even though I know I need to let my body recover, I just want to get back in the gym and keep it going.
This is the first time I can remember where I've...
I'm back to the only program I can seem to stick with... a basic bodypart split.
Chest/Back/Off/Shoulder/Legs/Off/Off .
I incorporate arms into each workout. I train Tri's w/ Chest and then again for a few sets with Shoulders. I train Bi's with Back and then again for a few sets...
Thanks for the comments. I noticed in your blog that you are considering supplements. What did you decide? I've tried adding protein (mostly either whey or rice added to milk) and I've tried creatine. I didn't notice much either way.
thats awesome! i am studying ME at UW when i can and hope to some day beat my 6 yr old to graduation. i am glad you added the EAS as well, i was thinking about switching to that but can't seem to get a good deal compared to true mass
