From an ex-cross country runner weighing in at 155 six years ago...to a prop/flanking rugby player at 240 lbs. The college days are offically behind me and its time to start cutting.
Goals:
Decrease body fat by greater than10%, Stay as strong, Run a <20:00 5K, Get a 6 pack, Time Frame: One year
I was able to lose over 50 lbs and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in 12 weeks by following the Body for life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 during the same 12 weeks. I believe that you will get the best results by following a well-designed program and that is what I found with BFL. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
