Amazing Steph, hope you've been great! Caught up on a few of your tranformation entries now after having a busy coupla weeks and as always words fail to capture just how impressive your progress is! Awesome new pictures. In the spirit of Arnie's pumping iron, it really is like watching a work of art form over time.

hola amigo! good to hear from you. How have you been doing? Want to say great job with your transformation progress. Following that with interest. Amazing work so far! It's always a pleasure reading your entries, so actually seeing your results happen is doubly inspiring. My new year has been busy. Hola amigo! Thank you so much for checking in. I'm always very grateful for your advice. It's been a busy week, and I've taken the time off the gym to help nurse the back. I started a fresh routine today of higher reps and shorter rests, and coming off a 5x5 the burn is huge haha. How have you been? I've yet to read a couple of the entries I missed this week, so I apologise for the late comments :)

I was looking at some of your workout vids, and let me say that sometimes you need to take a moment and take stock of how far you've come. In the immensely brief time I've known you, you already look like a different person. Can you believe how amazing that is? The time has passed in what feels like a blink, and in this short span you've done miracles. Shapely muscles are sculpting you anew, your fitness improvement is palpable, and I believe it mostly because I've been watching you do it!

Aaah, I like that idea of keeping a log for yourself too. I'll be sure to read both and throw my 2 cents in the transformation blog too. Best of luck for a new and exciting day :) 1am time for my cottage cheese haha. I used to be indifferent to the stuff but these days I've grown very fond of it. A few raspberries, some artificial sweetener and you have the poor bugger's cheesecake haha ;)

awww you are always so kind, Steph. I'm glued to your transformation blog! Your last post was nothing short of magnificent. But let me ask you a question: I posted a comment on a post that I think was moved from your blog to the transformation blog (subsequently I think my comment was lost). Are you now posting in the transformation blog exclusively or only for preset updates? Either way I'm hooked and waving the Dare to soar banner ;)

WOW!! CONGRATULATIONS! If I read it right (Had to double check to make sure I wasn't going to speak too soon) you've just won a place in the transformation contest!! I'm so very proud of you!
