I like to lift heavy with a lot of volume. I use a five day split typically doing one body part a day.
Currently I am running Kris Gethins' 12 week hardcore trainer for the dymatize 100k challenge.
My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy
Nutrition
I am currently cutting on a 1000kcal deficit with my maintenence being at 3000kcal/day. My macronutrient breakdown currently is 50/30/20 with my macros being 225/135/40. I try to stay withing 5g +/- daily.
Some of the items I eat daily include
- Egg beaters
- Jasmine Rice
- Tuna
- Chicken Breasts
- Steak
- Ground beef
Typical daily is as follows
8am-
Egg Whites, Egg Beater, Simply potato hashbrowns
10am-
Whey Protein smoothie with 1 bannana and some spiniach
1pm-
Tuna and Jasmine Rice (One of my favorites)
4pm-
Post wo shake
7pm
Chicken or steak stir-fry

My supplementation regimen consists of ON 100% Whey Protein, ON Creatine Monohydrate, FIsh Oil, Grenade fat burner, and a multivitamin.
Upon Waking- Multivitamin, Fish oil, CLA, Grenade Fat Burner
Pre-Workout- ON Creatine Monohydrate (5g), Gaspari Superpump Max, L-Arginine
Post-Workout- ON 100% Whey Protein, Creatine Monohydrate (5g), Glyco-Maize

A week ago I entered the dymatize 100k transformation challenge and the first week couldn't have gone any worse. It was a week compacted with traveling across the country, moving back into my apartment, and limited gym time. As I look at my food log, my macros weren't met once. I only was able to get two gym sessions in, and had to rely on fast food restaurants to hit all my numbers. The start of my Journey January 6th marks the first day of what I hope becomes a lifetime change in regards to Nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.
