How I Started:
Always been into fitness but was finally able to find a good workout partner. Learning more and more about new workouts, nutrition and setting new goals, keeps me focused to move forward. Also, I'm planning to compete in about 4-5 shows 2010.
Why I Love It:
Great feeling of satisfaction and promotes self-discipline. You can literally take out all your frustrations in the gym. Still being able to lift heavy weights, after 3 motorcycle accidents that left my right arm severly injured with two titanium plates and about 40 screws is a blessing from GOD and motivation enough!
How I Stay Motivated:
Consistently seeing results and great workout partner. Support from my family and surpassing goals that I've set throughout the year while maintaining a positive approach. It also doesn't hurt when I consistently get positive comments and support from individuals of BodySpace. Thanks to everyone!

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Use to be Mario Lopez but I've already passed him...lol I just say that because I get stopped all the time from people who say I look like him.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Look at some pictures, read articles, look for new excersises. Biggest one though is take my Animal Pump and get my IPOD ready. Knowing how far my body came a long is motivation enough to keep going!

Wow, where do I start?! This year has been both a blessing and eventful at almost the same time. I started my training last year and I can't even begin to explain  how grateful I am for my results. Through the pain, sweat, tears and hardtimes I was able to overcome a lot to be where I'm at now....
