this was less than a month after I turned 21... dropped a lot of mass while I was injured. my 'starting point', I guess. 175-180lb
|
april 22.. been cutting for 2 months, down to 205ish lb. looking better-- still got some more fat to shed, then back to bulking

december 20.. bulking hard for 5 months, 225-230lb at this point. holding a LOT of water-- not going to upload a pic of the front, WAAYYY too bloated
