after two weeks of vacation rear lat spread
After spending 9 months in Iraq, I went on leave for two weeks and I ate all kind of food and all the places I hadn't been able to eat, I returned I gain 10 lbs and loss abs. Once leave was over I was determine to get back into competition level, and so far so good. I only wish I can get some boiled eggs.
Training is doing well, I'm seing some great result.

I only wish I can have some boiled egg. If you looking at these pictures, just keep in mind, I only get to eat whatever the dinning all have for Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and if you miss you a meal, you have to be creative because you can't go to the store or go the kitchen and cook your own meal. These are the type of stuff that actually in log book.

I loss 8 lbs so far which average about 2lbs a week, right where I want to be. I can only imagine if I can have some boiled and a kitchen. My goal in this is to look better than the last time I took pictures so far I'm happy with the result. I will upload pictures again in two weeks.
