Nice abs, but one quick note if you plan on competing, you need bring legs to the same level, and if you haven't competing you should give a try.

you looking rip yourself, training for a competition? Nutrient partitioning can be complicated, I haven't been able to found too much information on it.So far I only found one article by Dr. Jeff Volek, PhD. I've sent him an email but I haven't heard from him. I decided to use all the information I found on it and use on myself and so far it's been unbelievable. Next week I will post some pictures on the progress and you can jugde it for yourself.
