Had a buddy work out, saw what he changed into, really muscular and toned. Wanted that same thing.
Why I Love It:
Great stress reliever, and helps me think. Love the challenge of getting bigger and stronger. NO limit to what our bodies can do....
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and seeing change.
