traying to stay fit when I was part of the mexican army.
Why I Love It:
I like the energy and the well being feeling of working out. As a hobby I started filimg Videos for bodybuilders and I enjoy helping them promote themselves.
How I Stay Motivated:
with friends and videos and with the gorgeous girls at the gym....I'll be stupid to miss a workout

i stop buyin g every supplement i saw in the magazines ...more chiken more brown rice less cocacola and less crappy food unflavored supplements better because i cant stand the damn fruit punch anymore wuacala!
