I have always been into Fitness watching Cory Everson..Gilead ...and other shows... I remeber watching my firsy bodybuilding show at the age of 8 and thinking Wow I wanna be just like them:)
Why I Love It:
The energy you have.. The self confidence Motivates others as well
How I Stay Motivated:
Set Realistic goals...like Doing a Fitness Competition and I also like to run so running a 5K or one day a Marathon

I would love to become an IFBB Pro one day Write for a Magazine like Oxygen or Muscle and Fitness

Running Spinning and Kickboxing
I burn alot of Calories this way
