Bodyfat went from 16.9% to 15.1%
Weight went from 69.8 to 70.9
I don't know how accurate are they but It will do for now. I want to get to 14% or 13% in the next two weeks. No obvious changes yet, but still very motivated. There will be a walkathon tommorow which I will join. I'll try to...

Hahaha, u applied for membership? I was planning to join but I don't think I would cope with it, not worth my money to spend on doing that knowing I would not be able to come and work out there several days a week =.= I'll stick with my 'mini gym/store' at my home.
