When I Started:
How I Started:
I started out having the weight issues at an early age, like most women do i guess. It was all about losing weight. Then, I got into Firefighting and had to pass agility tests and keep up with men. I didnt like failing in front of them. Now, I am doing it for myself and I want to be stronger, not skinnier.
Why I Love It:
I want to be strong. I want to be a role model. I want to prove to myself that I can be as strong as I want to be. I want to overcome the typical weight issues that women have. Im tired of my weight fluctuating. Most importantly,I LOVE TO to EAT! I never get full.
How I Stay Motivated:
Oxygen Magazine, Pics of strong women, Bodybuilding.com
I am just tired of fluctuating. I dont want my life to revolve around losing weight and crash diets. I want to be proud of my body and be able to eat, not diet, without gaining weight.
BB Accomplishments:
All i have so far is that I have gone from 180 lbs. to 145 lbs.
So i am 142 lbs 5'6. I lift as heavy as possible in the gym 6 days a week. I want to build muscle! i just did some calculations and am used to thinking 1400-1500 cals was good for me since i didnt want to gain fat. well im over it. im tired of not seeing gains in muscle.So...just did my...
thanks for the add :) i do believe that we can put our health first and achieve our goals....it may take longer but in the end we'll live longer...hahaha. BUT i do have to say that for comp prep i have been blessed with the most amazing coach and put my trust in him 100%. congrats on your amazing weight loss!!!
taking in 4 shakes of 50g of protein and low carbs will help you in your goal. eating six to eight meals of chicken, fish, red meat(lean), you should be able to gain size and leave the fat at the door. everything that is good for size taste like crap. lol..jeff
Just a random question, my dad said that a lady that works with him would be asking me questions about carb cycling, is that you? If not, I apologize for the weird question. :)
carb cycling has worked really well for me before (I'm just lacking the motivation to do no carb days at the moment, otherwise, I would be doing it right now) I highly recommend it for fat loss
Superpump is the best NO product out there, 2nd would have to be No Shotgun by VPX. Currently i'm not on any supps beacuse I haev adrenal fatigue, but other great supps would be Scivation Xtend and Glutamine. :)
