Decided to cut down on bodyfat from my powerlifting days 15 years ago and become more lean but still stay powerful..
Why I Love It:
Helps me keep in shape for my job as a firefighter. The special people I have met along the way to help me achieve my goals. Helps relieve the stress in our daily routines of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
My trainer kicks my ass !! Accomplishments and goals I have set, comments from others.
BB Accomplishments:
Amatuer of the week October 2008. Improved with each show I did. One 4th place two 3rds places and one 2nd..Qualified to the Nationals in two years of bodybuilding at 49.

I'm back in Nashville living in a hotel till my house sells....or Dec 1st when I can get back in there. I'm hoping it will sell before that so I can leave once and for all. ;)
In the meantime just going to start painting the local models in the area for my port.
Good work man.. One of my boys just did his 1st show(Won his weight class and placed 4th overall). Never knew how Intense it was til i saw it up close. much respect

hi.. long time no speak! i havent been on in months it seems LOL i've competed twice already and my nerves got the best of me the 1st time around. improved on stage presence for the last comp. Feels good and now im addicted and trying to train harder :O)
