How I Started:
Decided to cut down on bodyfat from my powerlifting days 10 years ago and become more lean but still stay powerful..
Why I Love It:
Relieves the stress in your daily routine and watching you body change from bulking to cutting is an experience. Helps me keep in shape for my job as a firefighter and the comments I get from people is enough for me to stay focused and attain my goals.

Seeing pics from myself in my "powerlifting days", Feeling the pump and burn, comments from other people.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed in my first two shows ever in 2007 and placed 4th in the first contest and 3rd in the second...Almost forgot, the diet the last few weeks and 30 hours without drinking water !!
