Overall Goal: is to clean bulk, cutting to lose body fat, and gain muscle.
LIFT. EAT. SLEEP. REPEAT!
edit: trying to get back in top shape after fighting the mean flu
Fit Status:
lifting heavy, training hard, any less would be wasted effort
Suddenly felt like it cuz i was skinny and weak, couldn't play sports the way i wanted to. I started out wanting to look better too, but now it's become more of a lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
Personal satisfaction. Seeing the gainz. Getting compliments. Being stronger and healthier. Looking and feeling better. It improves all aspects of life, I can't live without it.
Lifting is my anti-drug
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing improvement and progress, other people who shows intimidation and the will within! oh... and "fuel injecting" music of course!

Hey,
Don't write yourself off yet.
It's only in your head you feel left out,
Or looked down on.
Just try your best,
Try everything you can.
And don't you worry what they tell themselves
When you're away.
nobody will give you anything in life, if you want something, go get it! show no fear!
you can't succeed unless you try, give it your best shot!
I'm all about self-improvement, being the best I can be.

I don't understand how anyone cannot include working out or exercising a part of their life. I need it for my sanity. We only live once, why not be in the best shape we can be, for a better overall quality of life.
Being sick for 3 weeks, made me realize how much I miss the gym, and working...
Hi Brian, I am so glad you are well! Must have driven you mad. O.o Well this weekend I indulged in lots of rich and sugary foods to celebrate an obtained fitness goal. OK, so Maybe I should reward myself with new workout clothing instead of food. I really feel so OFF and YUCK. Hehe. One good thing tho, is eating junk reminds me how much I prefer to eat properly! I have new resolve to treat myself right. :) ~Missy
It is going awesome! I'm hoping to keep increasing my strength and get my deadlifts/squats up to 200 by my daughter's 2nd birthday. I would tell you that you are looking great, but I can't see you! LOL
Hi Brian, how are you doing?? Are you still sick with the flu? I hope you are better and having amazing workouts..if not..I do believe that after being sick your immune system is stronger..that is one consolation! You will be better and stronger in no time! ~Missy
You're funny, I do like this picture though, it reminds me of my teen years. Is that the way you workout? Whatever motivates you buddy, I'm all for it! I'm glad your feeling better, stay healthy& have a great evening (T)
Hi Brian, sorry for the delayed reply! :) Well, ty for saying I am amazing! Really, truly, I just feel like a normal person. As for finding the time for fitness while being a busy mom...I schedule it in, it really is a necessity, for my sanity! I feel like I have more ability to give to others when I take care of myself. I haven't always been the most capable mom, that is why I'm so motivated to be healthy. Its the glue that holds me together. ~Missy
Hi again Brian! :) I started reading the article you posted on your blog, the one titled "Five Reasons You’re Still Skinny." I like how the author says "BS!" to those hardgainer beliefs. I NEED to show this to my husband because he thinks he cant ever gain mass. Well he is wrong. He just needs to bust ass and stay consistent with it! I need to bookmark that article, thanks for posting it. ~Missy
Hi Brian, Thanks for the friend request :D You really have gained a great amount of muscle..it looks very good on you. Shows you know what you are doing in the gym!! Looks like on your last profile picture you finally posted your cute face..you are like me..I didn't show mine at all. Hehe. ~Missy
thanks so much :) I'm gonna get a roman numeral date written sideways down my left oblique..in memory of my mom.. the way it's drawn looks sick, i'm excited. gonna hurt tho :P
