j-dal@hotmail.com Got your message man but for some reason my reply wouldn't go through. Try a routine of HIIT cardio (Treadmill, bike, elliptical) after an ab routine at least 3 times a week, preferably after your weight training. Do that for about 6 weeks straight and you should notice a big difference. Hit me up if you have anymore question. May 26, 2012 5:19pm
