When I Started:	Jan, 2008
How I Started:	I'm tired of being fat and out of shape. Working on the ambulance will wear you out haulin all these FAT gimps around. GOD has blessed me with a big frame of a body and I hate to let it go to waste.
Why I Love It:	I normaly workout before work so that puts me working out about 5 in the morning, I feel better throughout the day and not as tired mental or physical. Plus like everyone else I like seeing the changes.
How I Stay Motivated:	I stay motivated by wanting to prove everyone that I work with wrong that I can and will change the way I look. EMS guys are hard on each other and one of my many nicknames is " THE FAT GUY ".
