Feb 18, 2013 | LikeFERNVILLY Killed Chest, Tris and Shoulders yesterday. Maxed bench press, 155lbs 4 reps. Yesterday back & bis, 6 sets of pullups, 1st set 20 pullups.
Feb 14, 2013 | LikeFERNVILLY Killed legs w/PB squatting 255 for 6. Deadlifts 110 for 12. Leg presses 748 for 6. 40lb Barbell walking lunges.
