COMPLETED THE JAMIE EASON WORKOUT PROGRAM AROUND AUGUST AND I'M STILL WORKING ON BUILDING MUSCLE. USING SUPERSETS DURING MY TRAINING AND HOPEFULLY I WILL SEE GREAT RESULTS. LIFTING HEAVY AND TRAINING AS HARD AS I CAN.

FERNVILLY Did wide stance box squats for the first time and it was awesome. Squatting 255lbs for 10reps, next week I will def be hitting it heavier.

FERNVILLY Killed Chest, Tris and Shoulders yesterday. Maxed bench press, 155lbs 4 reps. Yesterday back & bis, 6 sets of pullups, 1st set 20 pullups.

FERNVILLY Working on growing...destroyed chest and triceps yesterday. PR bench pressing 145 for 6reps and killing dips with 90lbs for 12reps.
