Started as something to impress girls with, and just plain and simply make me feel better about myself. It runs much deeper now.
Why I Love It:
Makes me unique, I don't feel like the average nine to five joe, that runs home to see prime time television. I love competing, and the thrill I get from climbing that mountain every single day. The friendships I have made through this sport, as well satisfaction that comes with achieving your personal goals. It has changed my life for the better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals and deadlines, and accomplishing them. Always giving myself credit for what I have done, but never too stagnant, as their is always a new challenge awaiting.
hey dude still training but i gained a bunch of bodyfat. its amazing how quickly i pile it on. im going to start dieting down on monday. what about you? what are your training/diet plans?
LOL! I just saw the rep ya gave me... "less hair splitting"... I'm tryin, man... LOL... I'm tryin! I think it's gettin better now. Just kinda lettin it happen. I hope things go my way, but I'll deal with it as it comes I guess.
