I make smoothie of blueberries(anti-oxidant), creatine(energy), protein powder(muscle feeding)and banana(potassium)..

Sorry about the knee, but glad to hear that you are still hard at work. What are you taking for it? Have you tried supplementing with fish oil and EXTRA vitamin C (reduces inflammation)?
