I hope that I may be able to glorify God through my lifting and hopefully show others the love of Christ. I just finished my first competition with an excellent Christian run organization. It's time to recomp and add more mass for next time.
I would like to keep my muscle while losing Weight and Body Fat while maybe even adding a pound or 2 of Muscle... Then start lifting Heavy when I get to my Ideal Weight
Making some progress on the chest which I have been trying to get larger. I still want it a little bigger but otherwise it is good. Soon I'll go into a cutting phase for the abs and all that suff. Progress is good so far.
