So finished the day. 5 miles of walking with a 20lb weight vest and 35 minutes of cyclying. Got up a good sweat with both.  Had a bit bigger steak than I should have tonight but promise to be good tomorrow.lol. Also did bunch of curls and lat push ups. Tomorrow I will be going to check out a gym...

I workout by the Dayton Mall. It's not the nicest gym, but it has a lot of machines and free weights.
