My supplements include ON's WHEY and CASEIN, Opti-Men and occasionally Amino Energy.
I use Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold Standard first thing in the morning as well as post workout. During the day (but not everyday) I have Amino Energy along with my multi vaitimin Opti-Men. At night I have a scoop of Optimum Nutrition's 100% Casein (not an essiential part of my supplementing but still good to have).
