How I Started:
I was fat, feeling lower that dirt. There was no way around it. The first day in the gym was confusing, scary. I couldnt really find my place. But yet I wanted to be there. The pain was great at first but every time I left the gym I missed it. Tried alot in the gym but found Mass and Power to be the way for me!
Why I Love It:
The look, the strength and I want monstrous traps. No gadgets, no bullshit or miracle diets. Raw metall and heavy lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
A while back, on my second dumbbell shrug set. Sweat and pain covered my body after the deadlifts and rows I've done. Suddenly a strange feeling hit me. I wanted to leave. For the first time I wanted to quit! Then a kid looked at me in awe and said to my brother: Your brother is a freakin' animal! Thats when it hit me! I cant leave, no matter how much I want to I just cant quit. I want to become worthy of THAT word! "Animal"

I do whatever feels right, depends on goal with exercise or what kind of training I do that day.

Ezor, hey bro...not a lot of cardio...usually only about 30-45 mins twice a week. The rest for me has been a clean diet and lots of weights. stay stong and keep pressing pal. stay in touch!
