How I Started:
I startet to do cardio to loose fat but after 6 months and loosing 75lbs i desided to start the gym to gain some muscle.
Why I Love It:
I look better, feel better, have more stamina. What is there not to love?
How I Stay Motivated:
I love training! Thats it. If i ever get tierd or think "**** not again" I just imagen the eight-pack and keep on moving!
BB Accomplishments:
Bodybuilding accomplishments? none really, going from the guy I was to the guy I am I guess?

This was the ultimate peak at 264 pounds, I felt worse than ever, fighting depresion and selfloathing. A month after this pic i finaly desided to change my life.
For a while I fell off track and forgot the reason why I got into this game.
NOT to become freakshly big. To get thin and ripped. Athetic. I needed to get back on track FAST!
Said and done, Iwrote my training mentor; Joe and asked what to do and he helped me. I now folow...

Ezor, hey bro...not a lot of cardio...usually only about 30-45 mins twice a week. The rest for me has been a clean diet and lots of weights. stay stong and keep pressing pal. stay in touch!
