it was a challenge i made with myself and then i got hooked and i just cant live without gym now!

I like lifting weights or running on treadmill or skipping
it just fascinates me to learn how the human body adapts to different exercises

this is a diet am planning to start from next week monday till i get my body fat down to single digits at most 8% hoping to get to 6%
i am planning to use the carb cycling diet i wil be goin days high carb for refeed and most days will be low carb with one day off day extermely low carbs...
