How I Started:
Wanted to start living a healthier life style. Got tired of being the tall skinny kid throughout highschool. I started to see results and I started learning more about the body. I love watching the body transform from hardwork and dedication.
Why I Love It:
It's my drug and i'm addcited! I love working out, if I had a choice i would do it for a living. I love seeing the results I get from all the hardwork I put in. Plus its all about you! You don't have to rely on anybody else but yourself!
Being all natural is very satisfying. It highlights all the hardwork and countless hours in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated from the compliments I get from people especially people that haven't seen me in a while becuase remember I was the "tall skinny kid." I enjoy giving people advice on how to better their reults. The great thing about this lifestyle is that you're never satisfied you always want more!

lol i feel the same way. don't think i'll ever reach 185. shoot is january 6th. i'm down to 7% bf. hopin' to get to 5%, then i'm gunna pig out after i'm done!!!
I'm hoping to gain as much as I can, don't have a specific number in mind just yet. However, I really want to then switch over and try to lean up as much as possible and decrease bodyfat.
About 190. Sometimes a little below that. Hopefully, some of the supplements I am getting at the beginning of the year will help with that. What are you doing to bulk?
How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.

yup, itz for the clothing company. couldn't gain a bunch of mass for the shoot so i'm cutting fat. lol it may be years b4 i can be 185.
Haha, good luck with your finals man. I'm sure you'll do well for sure. My training's going ok, just working on lean up some and clean bulking. Do you compete in bodybuilding?
