My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
Cardio in the AM and Weights in the afternon or evening. (Lots of templates on my page.)
I mostly do Cardio in the AM and on days between the Gym for weight training days. I skip Cardio/ treadmill on leg days and do some stretching instead.
I have 3 main workouts: Core & Upper, Shoulders & Arms, and Legs/Lower body.
I have lots of alternate workouts, but primarily use these now that I go to the gym approx 3 days a week.

Primarily Paleo with a few tweeks here n there
Primarily Paleo with a few tweeks now and then. I quickly lost 30 Lbs in 4 months switching to primarily Paleo and addingm ore exercises, but then began to have slower progress. So, I added some basic and time tested supplements and ramped up the exercise, while adjusting the diet slightly, to ensure I was not under eating and sabotaging myself by overdoing it... While the progress has been slow, it is steady and the changes I have made are not drastic and therefore impossible to follow. I'm in this for the long haul.

Time Tested and Proven with a few new things on trial
I stick mostly to the time tested and proven supplements, like BCAA, CLA, and a good Multi vitamin. But I am not blind to the fact that all things were once the new thing and that some earn the right to become part of my routine.
Each time I run out of a new item (1 month - 3 monhs) that product has either has proven itself to be worth it or not. If not, I research what is new and ask around among nutrional experts and friends about the newest items.
Occassionally I will try out the latest and greatest and once again decide if its worth it or not to be part of my routine and the possible impact on my body and my wallet.
Currently testing out: Body Fuse, CRE-8. Body Fuel,Super Set. and UBN, Vital Female.

Every Pro was Once a Beginner
I started with the basics and added more advance moves and exercises as I began to get comfortable. I looked to friends for possitive feedback. I post photos and sayings over my treadmill and I keep a journal of my progress...
I do get frustrated as things slow down or I am not feeling I am progressing at a good pace. Then, I look back at my progress shots and journal to see how much I have acheived. I am improving everyday and sometimes I just need to step back and review things from a bigger distance than this week or this month to see it clearly...
Double takes from secret admirers are also a great boost, and generally come at the best time to cheer me up and keep me going...
Love running into someone I have not seen for a few months and getting that wonderful feedback I crave. I feel they have a honest opinion as they are generally not a "Close" friend, but know me and how much Ive changed for the better.
