I basically told myself "I'm not getting any younger might as well do something about this extra baggage on my body, might as well do it now!".
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding because I know in the long run having a fit, strong, muscular, body will really be a high point in my older years.
How I Stay Motivated:
When i think of my younger years of being so overweight and not healthy, all those memories of me makes me want to be better now.
BB Accomplishments:
having to finally make my first step into a gym on day one. as for physical accomplishments, i have yet to tackle that wall.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
deadlift, why? imagine injury your back Im pretty sure you'll be out for any bodypart workout.
Monday-Friday (sometimes till Saturday) 5-6days every 2 weeks workouts for every body part changes (mixed sets/low to high reps and vice versa/different rest times)
Your supps are OK. You can take they together, but you must exactly follow the instructions on the packages. Have a nice week and... May the growth be with you!!!
I received my much-needed transformation and lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program, it was not super easy but not so hard that I couldn't achieve my goals. I believe that if you challenge yourself to be the best that you can be the results will be well worth the effort. I wish you success with whatever program or method you are following and look forward to watching your progression.
